Product Description: The Hinstec's FELINE-DT 01 is equipped with high resolution line sensor camera and state-of-the- art illumination technology to automatically inspect sample surfaces to quickly identify defects without human errors and false reports. 

Defects Detectable; Dirt, Scratch, edge delam,  exposure, silk spread, etc.

Product Applications: PCB Inspection, AOI Inspection, Wafer pattern Surface Inspection, and many other labor intensive visual inspection routines can be replaced by this system. Good for quick turn prototyping and mid size manufacturing facilities.
