Product Description: The 1118 True Resistance Tester has exploited the best of fixture technology and high precision flying probe testing worlds. This tester has four-terminal Kelvin probes in both sides to measure very small resistances in patterns and microvias, at the amazing speed of 100 steps/sec needed for production.

Product Applications: All successful microprocessor substrate pwb manufacturers must have this type of system for via and pattern resistance characterization in sub-milliohm range. 1118 is designed for high density, high frequency packaging parts or panels of BGA, CSP and MCM. The system is suitable to many demanding applications that require over a millimeter of adjacency and/or 500 Mega Ohms isolation test at as low as 100V dc.
